GHRP-6 is typically administered subcutaneously once or multiple times per day, depending on individual goals such as growth hormone (GH) stimulation, appetite regulation, recovery, or body recomposition. A standard starting dose is 100 mcg (0.05 ml) once daily. For enhanced effects, the dose can be increased to 200–300 mcg (0.1–0.15 ml), administered two to three times daily.
